The reason I decided to start this club was to provide a club volleyball experience at a lower cost for families. Many club teams charge anywhere from $1000-$4000 per season!!
My goal for these teams is to provide an opportunity for every girl to improve her skills during practice and during games. My philosophy about playing time is, if a girl is going to pay monthly dues and come to practice every day, then that girl has a right to play in every match.
I have been asked by a lot of girls about playing another sport during club. My feeling is, the more sports a girl plays the more rounded an athlete she will be. So I am willing to work around any conflicts that arise.
